Lyme Cottage is a Grade II Listed, terraced house facing the famous Cobb in Lyme Regis and looking out to sea. The project consisted of the full restoration of this coastguards cottage which was made particularly challenging, mainly because like many Listed properties, it had lost some of its original features and been modernised without much thought for its heritage and history.
