Planning and Listed Approval has been obtained for this Grade II Listed Hugh Baille Scott house in Milford on Sea. The permission is for a new annexe in the forecourt of the house, with new landscaping design. The main house is also remodelled, with revisions to the floor layout, repairs to windows, rooflights, kitchen and veranda.
